Co-founding

From influencer
to founder.

A subscription app built on your community.
No costs, no equity given up. We work on revenue share: a share of net revenue, every month, with no end date.

We're not selling you an app. We put in the work of an entire studio — research, design, development, growth — and we only earn if you earn. That's what co-founding means.
How the roles split

You bring the community.
We build the app.

A real co-founding only works if the roles are clear and each side does what it does best. Here's what each of us puts on the table, from day one.

What we do
The product, from idea to launch.
Research and validation of the idea with your audience
Design, iOS and Android development, infrastructure
Growth: ASO, pricing, retention, continuous updates
User support and day-to-day operations, every day
What you do
The distribution, every week.
You tell your community about the app, in your own voice
Content where the app solves a real problem
You bring the community's feedback into the roadmap
Consistency: not a launch, a weekly habit

The rest — servers, support, store taxes — you never see. That's our job.

The economics, no beating around the bush

A share of the entire app's net revenue. Every month.

Your share

A share of the entire app's net revenue, defined in the contract before we start. Not just the subscribers you bring: all of them.

The calculation base

Net revenue: income minus store commissions, payment fees and infrastructure costs. All tracked, line by line.

The recurrence

Automatic payout within 14 days of Apple's and Google Play's payout. With no end date: as long as the app earns, you earn.

The control

A dashboard with revenue, costs, the share you've earned and your payout history, always available. It's a right written into the contract, not a courtesy.

Net revenue = the app's income minus store commissions, payment fees and direct infrastructure costs. Every line is tracked and visible in your dashboard, always.

The option nobody else offers

A buyout price, fixed at signing.

If one day you want out, the price of your share is already written into the contract, from day one. No negotiating once the numbers have grown, no surprises. In writing, before we start.

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

01
Application

You tell us who you are, who follows you and the problem you'd like to solve. Two minutes is enough.

02
Intro call

A real call, no pitch: we work out together whether your audience can carry a subscription product, and which one.

03
Agreement

A simple contract, in readable English: 50/50 on the net, buyout fixed, clear roles. Signed online.

04
Build and launch

We build, you prepare the community. Numbers visible in your dashboard from day one.

From signing to launch takes 3–4 months on average.

Transparency

Everything under control.

Your share, on the net

A part of what the app earns goes to you, every month. On the net: after store commissions, payment fees and infrastructure.

No costs for you

You don't pay us and you don't front anything. If the app doesn't earn, neither do we.

No equity, no strings

You don't give up shares, you don't give up your audience, you don't give up your name. The agreement covers the app, not you.

Your numbers, always

A 24/7 dashboard with revenue, costs, the share you've earned and your payout history. Written into the contract.

Selection, not sign-up

Who it's for. And who it isn't.

It's for you if
You have a focused, loyal audience — roughly 100K+ followers
You've published consistently for at least two years
Your community already asks you for advice, tools, a method
You think in years, not in campaigns
It isn't for you if
You're after a quick win without putting your name on it
Your audience is general-interest, grown only on trends
You want “an app with your logo on it”, not a product for your community
You don't have a few hours a week to really talk about it
The right questions

The questions you'd ask.

This is a co-founding, not a service. We put in research, design, development, growth and operations. You put in audience and distribution. Neither is enough on its own. So net revenue is split between the two sides, every month, according to the share defined in the contract.

The app's income minus store commissions (Apple and Google keep 15–30%), payment fees and direct infrastructure costs. No hidden costs: every line is tracked and you see it in your dashboard, always.

Nothing. You front nothing, there's no budget to put up and you give up no equity. Our compensation is the remaining share of net revenue: if the app doesn't earn, neither do we.

The technical work is all ours. What we ask of you is distribution: talking about the app to your community, consistently, a few hours a week. A launch isn't a day, it's a habit.

From launch day you have 24/7 access to your dashboard: revenue, costs, the share you've earned and your payout history. Access to the numbers is written into the contract — it isn't a courtesy.

The buyout price for your share is fixed at signing, before we start. If our paths diverge, you already know exactly what your exit is worth. No negotiations, no surprises.
